The Story of Inland Air Lines
Inland, previously known as Wyoming Air Service, began service in 1930. It eventually operated between Cheyenne, Denver, Great Falls, Lewiston, Billings, Sheridan, and Casper. After expanding service into more states, the name was changed to Inland Air Lines. Though Inland remained autonomous after being acquired by Western Air Lines in 1944, it eventually disappeared into the growing structure of Western and was never heard of since.
